Do you provide training?
Yes! We offer free guideline training to help you get started and make the most of your shop. Everything you need to succeed is available at no cost.

What type of products are sold on Allonego?
We focus on products that are good for people, wellbeing, community, and the environment.

Is there a sales target?
There are no pressures here. Once you reach a £10 commission threshold, you gain access to the revenue pool. It's a simple, low barrier designed to reward your efforts.

Can I team up with another person?
Every member has their own unique Membership ID — it's your personal journey. That said, you can invite others to join Allonego, and together you can grow and thrive.

What if I don't sell in a given month?
No worries at all. If you don't reach your threshold that month, you simply won't access the override for that period. There are no penalties — just pick up where you left off.

Where do the food items generated from every sale go?
Every sale helps generate food items that go to our response division, Looprun In Store. These are distributed at our free Come and See What a Gift Day events — held in community spaces across the area. Families and individuals in need can access:

Free refreshments, snacks, and fruits

Non-perishable food items

Toiletries

Brand new clothing and gifts

Items are also delivered by volunteers through our Looprun to Door service, reaching elderly and vulnerable members of the community.
